Because every item in our store is custom-printed on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.


Quality Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at whytrytrev@gmail.com with your shipping/order number and a description of the issue (photos are strongly encouraged).

We will review every claim on a case-by-case basis. If your claim is validated, we will, at our discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A complimentary replacement order, dispatched as quickly as possible; or

  • A full or partial refund, where a replacement is not feasible or practical.

We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet our quality threshold.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective through no fault of your own (e.g., damage in transit, printing errors, incorrect quantity), we will make it right at no additional cost to you. Please contact us at whytrytrev@gmail.com with your shipping number and supporting photos within 30 days of delivery.


Colour Variations

Please note that print-on-demand products are subject to minor colour variations due to factors inherent in the printing process, including paper type, machine calibration, and environmental conditions. These variations fall within standard industry tolerance levels and do not constitute a defect. We cannot offer refunds or replacements solely on the basis of minor colour differences.


How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Your order/shipping number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Photos clearly showing the problem

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2–3 business days.


We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
